Tasting appointments are arranged with couples in mind and is strongly recommended as it gives you a great opportunity not just to meet the person who is going to be making your cake, but also to look in detail at designs, styles and trends as well as choose your preferred flavours. Buttercream/White chocolate ganache Finish
Having a buttercream finish to your wedding cake has proved to be a firm choice throughout 2023 and in to 2024. Buttercream gives a 'rustic' finish and can be a very light covering (nearly naked) where you can see the cake underneath, or a heavier covering that coats the cake completely. Buttercream can be given a patterned finish, smooth or coloured. Fresh flowers are a perfect accompaniment.

Smooth Sugar paste Finish
Sugar paste (fondant) gives a perfectly smooth finish to your wedding cake. Anything goes with sugar paste, handmade flowers, fresh flowers, a textured finish ... the list is endless.

Everyone commented on not only how great it looked but how delicious it was. We wanted something to tie into our classy and elegant wedding theme and you delivered.
